Just one day after Roseanne Barr blasted Angelina Jolie
 and Brad Pitt on her blog, she backed off a bit. 

Roseanne took to her blog again yesterday, offering an 
apology of sorts. 

In a post titled “I do not know Brangelina,” she writes, 
“[I] do not mean to personally impugn them as they might 
be good people in the flesh, but the media’s images of 
them are smelly and vile, and I must always attack the 
media’s representation of what is good or cool.” 

Roseanne then criticized bloggers and the media, who 
were quick to report on her Monday remarks.
Roseanne blogged, “Miss Jolie says she likes 
McCain too and hasn’t decided who to endorse… 

huh? Aren’t you supposed to be somewhat enlightened, 
or do you not know that the African daughter you hold 
in every picture had parents who suffered and died 
because of the Republican party’s worldwide economic 
assault on Africa over the last few decades since Reagan?" 

She called Brad “vacuous,” and noted that the couple make
 “forty million dollars a year in violent psychopathic 
movies and give away three of it to starving children,” 
referring to the Jolie-Pitt Foundation, which has raised 
millions for charitable causes.

A statue of Arthur Fonzarelli was unveiled to the 
"Happy Days" cast and fans on Wisconsin's Milwaukee 
River. It commemorated the classic sitcom and its 
most iconic character in the city where the series was set. 

Fonzie star Henry Winkler was on hand, as were show 
creator-director-producer Garry Marshall, stars 
Anson Williams (Potsie), Don Most (Ralph), Marion 
Ross (Mrs. Cunningham), Tom Bosley (Mr. Cunningham) 
and Erin Moran (Joanie), as well as "Laverne & Shirley" 
leads Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams.
